For the first time in many years the Missouri Gaming Commission is not only adding names to the list of people banned from Missouri?s casinos but adding to the list of offenses that will get you banned as well.
Once the Gambling Commissions ?Exclusion List? was filled with mobsters and cheaters, but now the list of crimes that get you banned will be expanded to cover all crimes where any type of gambling is involved, even if the crime itself is not the gambling.
Two of the names added to the list are carpet installers who have been convicted of a felony theft according to the St Louis Post Dispatch. The 2 men wee paid for jobs they never started, and spent the money in a gambling spree in the
Missouri casinos, and the commission added them to the list after they were found guilty last month.
According to the executive director of the Missouri gambling commission if you are placed on probation for any crime that involved gambling in any shape or form you will be considered to be banned from all of Missouri?s gambling establishments.
Anyone on the banned list who enters a casino will be charged with trespassing which is a class B misdemeanor in Missouri.
